Gatsby's party (gatsbys.party) is operated by LLC VytokLabs, Kyiv, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). We provide online tools for planning weddings, birthdays and other events. These Terms apply to hosts, guests and visitors using the service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use those tools or contact us.
Our tools include event pages, guest lists and imports, email invitations and reminders, RSVP tracking, seating charts, checklists, schedules and calendars, budgets, vendor records, photo galleries, printable place cards and invitations, and wedding hashtags. Some tools work without an account; an account is needed to manage events.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy below. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Keep your account details accurate, protect your password and private links, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
All currently available features are free. There is no current subscription or payment requirement. We may introduce optional paid features later; their price, billing terms and any cancellation or refund conditions will be shown before you choose to purchase them. Using the free service does not authorize a future charge.
You are responsible for your event, the accuracy of its details, your arrangements with guests and vendors, and the information you upload. Only add personal data or photos you are entitled to use, inform the people concerned, and obtain permission where required. Invitations and reminders must relate to your event; do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful content or unauthorized access, or to interfere with other users.
Dietary requirements, allergies and notes can reveal sensitive information. Collect only what is necessary for the event, obtain explicit consent where required, and avoid placing sensitive information on public pages. Guests should provide information about another person, including a plus-one or child, only with appropriate authority or permission.
You retain your rights in the text, guest information, designs and photos you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, resize, format and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and deliver the features you use, including displaying the content you choose to share. This permission extends to providers helping us deliver those features; it does not authorize us to sell your content or use your private event content in advertising without separate permission.
You may download, print and share the invitations, place cards and other materials you create for your own events or events you organize for clients. Our website, software and underlying template assets remain subject to their owners' rights. The permission to use generated materials does not include reselling our template library or claiming ownership of someone else's design.
A published event page can be opened by anyone with its link. Personal RSVP links can reveal a guest's saved details and allow a reply to be changed, including while an event is unpublished. Older invitation links may also remain accessible after unpublishing. Keep these links private and share them only with the intended recipients.
Photo, invitation and place-card links can give access to files without signing in; some invitation links also allow editing. A QR code shares the link it contains. Unpublishing a page does not recall emails, downloaded files or copies already shared with others.
Gatsby's party provides planning tools, not event organization, vendor booking or payment services for your vendors. Budget entries and a “paid” status are records you maintain; they do not move money or confirm a vendor's receipt of payment. Check dates, guest details, layouts and print previews before relying on or distributing them. Email delivery and guest responses are not guaranteed.
Wedding hashtags may be generated using AI or templates. Suggestions may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing hashtags; review them before use. We do not guarantee uniqueness, availability or exclusive rights in a suggestion. Usage limits may apply.
We aim to keep the service available, but features may change and interruptions can occur. Keep copies of materials important to your event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described below. We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. We will explain the reason where reasonably possible and lawful; you can contact us to ask for a review.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will publish the revised text and date here and give notice of material changes through the service or by email where appropriate. Changes apply from the stated effective date, not retroactively. Mandatory rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.
LLC VytokLabs is responsible for account, support and service-operation data. We receive information directly from you, from the host or another authorized person who adds you to an event, and from your browser. A guest does not need an account to submit an RSVP. Hosts decide whom to invite, what event information to collect and whom to share it with; we process that information to provide the tools they use. Where data protection law applies to a host's activities, the host is responsible for their purposes and lawful use of guest data.
Fields marked as required are needed for the relevant feature. Other information is optional. Dietary requirements and comments may reveal health, religious or other sensitive information; leave them blank if you prefer and discuss any necessary arrangements directly with the host.
We use this information to create and manage accounts and events, collect and update RSVPs, send requested invitations, reminders and download links, generate and store materials, provide support, maintain security, investigate errors and abuse, manage AI usage limits, and understand and improve the service.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you for requested features; legitimate interests in running, securing and supporting the service; legal obligations where applicable; and consent where required, including for certain tracking or sensitive data. Hosts must establish an appropriate basis for information they provide about other people. Agreeing to the Terms is not a substitute for consent where separate consent is required.
The host can view and edit guest information and export the guest list, including RSVP answers, plus-one names, dietary requirements and comments. Hosts may share necessary details with their event team or vendors and are responsible for that use. Contact your host about their handling of your information or to stop event invitations and reminders; you can also contact us for help.
Published event pages display the event details and the sections the host enables, such as the schedule, gallery and attendance count. The page does not list the full guest database, but names or other personal information can appear in content the host publishes. We ask search engines not to index event pages; this is not access control and cannot prevent copying or sharing.
Anyone holding a personal RSVP link may see its prefilled guest information. Uploaded media and generated files can remain accessible through their direct links even if the event page is unpublished. Treat RSVP, editing and download links as confidential.
The current free service does not request payment card details. Before introducing paid features, we will explain the payment provider and how payment information is handled.
We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to address fraud, abuse or threats to people's rights or safety. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and destination; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. A provider's own privacy policy applies to its independent processing.
We use session and security cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and connect you with work saved in standalone tools. Language preferences may be stored in a cookie, and the selected color theme is stored in your browser. Analytics providers can use additional cookies and similar identifiers as described above.
You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser and use the privacy controls offered by the providers above. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, form submissions or access to saved work. Clearing browser storage does not delete account information, event records or files held by the service; request their deletion separately.
We keep account information and saved event or tool content while you use the service or keep that content saved. The end of an event does not automatically erase it. To delete your account or personal data, email [email protected]. We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them and may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your data.
Hosts can delete events and individual records using the available controls. Deleting an event does not automatically erase standalone invitations, place-card history or every associated media file. For complete removal, tell us which account, event or tool results your request concerns so we can include the associated files and AI request records. We do not keep a separate archive of deleted content.
We cannot remove copies already downloaded or independently retained by guests, hosts or other recipients. Service providers handle their own records under their applicable policies. If law requires us to retain particular information, we will explain the exception and keep it only for that obligation.
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, including use for direct marketing. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Send requests to [email protected]. Include enough information to locate your records, such as your account email or event reference, but do not send passwords. We may verify your identity and coordinate with the host for guest records. We respond within the period required by applicable law; our deletion commitment is 30 days as described above.
The service is intended for people organizing events and their guests, not for children under 13 to use independently. Adults may include a child's details only when appropriate for an event and with the necessary parental or guardian authority. If a child has submitted information without that authority, contact us to request removal.
We use account access controls, password hashing and encrypted connections to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and direct sharing links have the access implications described above. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or misused.
We will update this Policy when our data practices change and show the revised date here. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or by email where appropriate. If a new use requires consent, an update to this Policy alone does not provide that consent.
